Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the B2Czone platform — both the customer app and the locals app. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using B2Czone — whether as a Customer (booking services) or as a Local (providing services through the B2Czone locals app) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after notice is posted in-app or via email.

B2Czone is a technology platform that connects Customers with independently-operating household service professionals (locals) at prices set by B2Czone and shown before booking.
When a Customer confirms a booking, verified locals within a 5 km radius are notified. The first available local to accept is assigned to the visit, and their details are then shared with the Customer. Locals do not bid for work and do not set prices.
Bookings can be placed for immediate dispatch or scheduled for a later time. Recurring bookings are not currently offered.
Services currently offered: household cleaning (bathroom, kitchen, fridge, wardrobe, kitchen cabinet, fan, window, balcony, car surface), sweeping and mopping, dusting and wiping, utensils, kitchen prep, laundry, ironing and folding, packing and unpacking, plant care, pre- and post-party cleaning, and bookings by the hour.
Service availability may vary by city, time of day, and how many locals are available in your area.

[Customer] You must be at least 18 years of age to register and book services on B2Czone.
[Customer] One account per person — creating duplicate or shared accounts is not permitted.
[Customer] You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and active session.
[Customer] You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

[Local] You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to provide services in India.
[Local] Your profile must be reviewed and approved by the B2Czone team before you can accept jobs on the platform.
[Local] One account per individual — creating duplicate accounts will result in permanent suspension.
[Local] You must keep your profile, skills, availability, and contact details accurate and up to date.
[Local] You operate as an independent service provider — you are not an employee, agent, or contractor of B2Czone.

Prices are set by B2Czone and shown before you confirm. The Customer pays the listed price for the tasks booked, plus 5% GST. B2Czone charges the Customer no booking fee and no convenience fee.
Customers may pay online through our payment provider (Razorpay) or in cash on completion. Where payment is made online, B2Czone collects it on the local's behalf and remits their share to them.
Work begins and ends with one-time codes issued to the Customer, which the local enters in their app to start and close the visit.
B2Czone charges the local a flat platform fee of ₹50 per completed job, accumulated and billed weekly via Razorpay. Locals must keep a valid UPI ID or card on file to settle this fee.
No refunds are issued by B2Czone for the platform fee after a job has been marked complete unless there is a verified billing error on our end.

You must not use B2Czone to facilitate transactions or communications outside the platform that are designed to evade our fees or circumvent our verification processes.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, or abusive behavior toward any user, local, or B2Czone staff member is prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
Posting fake reviews, inflating ratings, or creating fake accounts for any purpose is prohibited.
You must not attempt to access or interfere with our servers, APIs, or other users' data.

B2Czone is a marketplace that facilitates connections. We do not employ locals and are not liable for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of services provided by locals.
In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a local, we may assist in communication but are under no obligation to resolve the dispute or provide compensation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability to you in connection with any single claim is limited to the total amount you paid through the platform in the preceding 3 months.
Neither B2Czone nor its directors, employees, or agents will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.

You may delete your account at any time through the app. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms, illegal activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
On termination, your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
